I am currently looking for 1 or 2 Ph.D. students to work in the areas of communications, signal processing, and information theory. The positions are fully funded, with competitive stipend and tuition waiver, and they are available immediately. Basic requirements include: (1) B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science; (2) TOELF/IELTS and GRE scores; (3) strong backgrounds in mathematics and programming skills; (4) interest and motivations in doing high impact research in Communications.
